Guarantee Policy

At the time of booking, a valid debit/credit card or a refundable payment of the first night is required.

Deposit Policy

Flexible Rate:

  • If the guarantee is via debit/credit card, a pre-authorization will be made at the time of booking for card verification only.
  • From 48 hours before arrival, another pre-authorization will be made for the value of the first night.
  • If the guarantee is via payment of the first night, no further transactions will occur until the guest’s arrival.

Non-Refundable Rate:

  • The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation/Modification Policy

Flexible Rate:

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • After this period, the full booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:

  • The full amount will be charged in case of cancellation.
  • For modifications, please contact the property.

No-Show Policy

  • The full booking amount will be charged.
  • If the guest does not show up, availability is guaranteed only for the first night.

These policies do not apply to group or whole-house bookings.

Group Bookings

Booking a minimum of 4 rooms or the entire house is considered a group booking, with different cancellation and payment policies.

Whole-House Rental Policy:

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights (may vary on certain dates; please inquire).
  • 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • 30% payment 1 month before the event (non-refundable).
  • 50% payment 14 days before the event (non-refundable).

Housekeeping Service

– BeSunny Slowness & Outdoors ensures optimal hygiene conditions in the rooms, with cleaning and disinfection carried out before guest arrival and after departure.
– Cleaning during the stay will be provided upon request.
– Stays longer than 5 nights include weekly linen and towel changes.
– To support environmental conservation, towel replacement is requested only when absolutely necessary.

Pet Policy

– Pet acceptance: Pets are accepted only upon request, due to accommodation limitations.
– How to bring your pet: Please contact us in advance for approval. The acceptance of the pet will be confirmed via email.

Circulation Rules:

– Dogs: Only allowed in the guest room and outdoor common areas.
– In common areas: Dogs must always be on a leash when other guests are present.
– Indoor areas: Not allowed in places like reception, kitchen, and living/dining rooms.
– Alone in the accommodation: Pets should never be left alone in the room at any time.

Hygiene and Behavior:

– The owner must ensure the cleanliness of the pet and immediately pick up any waste.
– Pets should not cause excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
– If a dog exhibits aggressive behavior or causes a disturbance, the guest may be asked to leave the accommodation.

Fees and Responsibility:

– Additional fee: €10/dog/night.
– The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the property.
– Advance notice: If you wish to bring your pet, please inform us in advance to check availability.

Courtesy to Others

– To ensure the comfort of all guests, please respect those who wish to rest by avoiding excessive noise after 11 PM.
– Parties are strictly prohibited unless previously authorized.

Data Protection

– Guest personal information is kept confidential and secure.
– Data is used exclusively for reservations and communication.

Civil Liability

– BeSunny Slowness & Outdoors is not responsible for any damages, losses, theft, or accidents inside or outside the room.
– If guests leave the key in the lock and a technician is required, the respective costs will be charged to the guest.

Our Right to Evict
We may terminate the contract and ask guests to leave immediately if:
– Violation of terms and conditions.
– Behavior that endangers the safety of other guests or staff.
– Complaints of anti-social behavior.
– Irreparable damage to the property or exceeding the accommodation’s occupancy limit.

Events Beyond Our Control

BeSunny Slowness & Outdoors will not be responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including:
– Fires
– Natural disasters
– Strikes
– Terrorist attacks
– Wars
– Failures in public or private telecommunications networks

Miscellaneous

– Rooms cannot be used for commercial or illegal purposes.
– We reserve the right to modify information on the website at any time.
– We strive to accommodate specific room requests, but reserve the right to adjust assignments as needed.
